To ensure your trade fair appearance is an overall success, we have compiled all the important information and advice you will need concerning dates, prices and additional services at denkmal.

Co-exhibitor:
The fee for co-exhibitors is EUR 285.00 plus EUR 295.00 communication fee. Co-exhibitors must register via the exhibitor registration.

Prices do not include the following:

• Communication fee of EUR 295.00*
• AUMA fee of EUR 0.60/m²
• Statutory VAT

*includes a basic entry in the exhibitor directory and the app, a promotional code for inviting an unlimited number of trade visitors (at no additional cost) and various advertising materials

Additional service packages (NEW):

Try our "Cleaning, Waste Disposal and Parking" Service Package. You can book it together with your exhibitor registration. Prices depending on the size of your stand (10 - 20 m² for 115.00 EUR, 21 - 30 m² for 145.00 EUR, 31 - 40 m² for 225.00 EUR, 41 - 50 m² for 255.00 EUR). The package includes:

• daily evening cleaning of the stand (cleaning of floors and stand furnishings without exhibits)
• bin bag set in 4 colours à 70 l including collection and disposal
  • for a stand size of up to 30 sqm: 1 bag set
  • for a stand size from 31 sqm: 2 bag sets
• car/van parking up to 5 m in length in the exhibition grounds:
  • for a stand size of up to 30 sqm: 1 parking space
  • for a stand size from 31 sqm: 2 parking spaces

We highly recommend you book a Marketing Package. For EUR 785.00 plus VAT, you can benefit from the following services and avoid having to place additional orders:

• a Scan2Lead Smart licence - installation of the app for visitor registration at the exhibition stand on your own device (smartphone or tablet - IOS/Android)
• additional personalised exhibitor passes for stand personnel (depending on area size, max. 10 additional passes)
• a logo placement in a denkmalbrief in the trade fair year 2024
• digital advertising space in the denkmal-FORUM with logo and reference to the stand
• a basic package in the online/mobile list of exhibitors (2 advertising texts with 50 characters each, 3 additional product groups, 1 additional product presentation, 1 brand entry)
• an impression photo of your own stand while denkmal by a professional trade fair photographer

For the first time, we are offering exhibitors the opportunity to book slots to hold exhibitor presentations at the "Exhibitor Meet-Up". A 30-minute slot costs EUR 250.00 plus VAT. More information is available in our pdf (PDF, 320 kB) . You can also book a slot when you register as an exhibitor.
