OKM 3D ground scanners precisely locate buried objects, structures and voids – before excavation begins. All our detectors are equipped with EMSR technology: multiple sensors simultaneously measure electromagnetic anomalies in the Earth's magnetic field caused by metallic objects, mineral structures or underground voids. The measurement data is processed by the included software into a colour-coded 3D map that visualises the position, depth and size of potential target objects down to 25 metres – providing a solid foundation for non-invasive prospection in archaeology and heritage conservation.
