Short description

The seminar covers various topics, including the current state of knowledge and product development in the field of nano-lime-based mineral stabilisation, the areas of application for pozzolans in mortars, the practical use of laser cleaning on weathered natural stone surfaces, and the new BIV Technical Rule 4.02 on mapping and documentation in natural stone restoration, which was drawn up with the support of the Association of Monument Conservation Authorities.

At the end of the event, certificates of attendance will be issued, which can be submitted as proof of continuing professional development by, for example, officially recognised experts, architects, engineers, etc., depending on individual requirements.

The participation fee is €70 (free for school pupils, students and apprentices upon presentation of valid proof).

From 2.00 pm, the presentation of the 2026 Peter Parler Prize will take place in the denkmal Forum, Hall 2, followed by a champagne reception, also at the BIV exhibition stand. Seminar participants are also warmly invited to attend this event.
