European Cultural Heritage Awards – Europe’s highest honour for outstanding achievements in the field of cultural heritage

12:00 PM - 12:30 PM Fri, 06 Nov

Short description

Every year, the awards are presented as part of the European Cultural Heritage Summit.
The European Heritage Awards / Europa Nostra Awards were established by the European Commission in 2002 and have been presented by Europa Nostra ever since. In 2027, they will celebrate their 25th anniversary as Europe’s most prestigious award in the field of cultural heritage.

Description

The awards recognise up to 30 outstanding achievements in the field of cultural heritage each year, including up to five Grand Prix winners. Each Grand Prix winner receives prize money of €10,000. In addition, following an online vote organised by Europa Nostra, the People’s Choice Award is presented to one of the selected winners.

We introduce the winners and explain the steps required to apply.
