Communal living in a listed building – advice and collaboration in practice

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Sat, 07 Nov
At the exhibitor stand (Hall 2)

Description

How can a listed building be transformed into a place for communal living? What challenges arise in the process, and how can they be overcome together? Drawing on the collaboration between the Saxony Heritage Network, ‘Dezentrale’ – Network for Communal Living in Saxony – and the Friends of the Leipzig Heritage Foundation, this presentation will demonstrate how advice on heritage conservation and housing projects can be integrated to support communal housing projects in existing buildings.
