Foam glass - light loam

Foam glass - light loam is a mixture of regional raw materials according to the loam building rules. For the production we use natural, sieved raw clay, foam glass granulate with a grain size of 2 to 4 mm and straw. When installed and dry, the material reaches a thermal conductivity value of 0.11 W/mK. The lightweight clay mass is moisture regulating, wood preserving, heat regulating, heat storing and vapor diffusible. Expanded glass - lightweight clay is used as a filling material for the construction of lightweight clay exterior walls and self-supporting insulating interior shells. The material is installed in a sliding formwork. Wall heating can be applied directly to the studs of the auxiliary structure and plastered with a clay plaster Universal. It ist recommended to use clay plasters in order to preserve the positive material properties of clay building materials (moisture regulation of indoor air, odor and pollutant absorption, heat storage and radiation capacity).
