MAXBERG® Jura Limestone from Bavaria's Altmühl Valley combines natural beauty, durability and exceptional design versatility. Also known as Jura Marble, this traditional limestone has been recognised as a “Heritage Stone” by the IUGS.

Its natural colour palette ranges from warm beige and yellow to brown, grey and blue-grey. Fossil inclusions and distinctive structures give the stone its characteristic appearance.

A wide variety of surface finishes, including honing, satin finishing, blasting, brushing and bush-hammering, allows the stone to meet different architectural and functional requirements. Custom edge finishes and traditional processing methods are also available.

Quarried and processed in SSG's own facilities, MAXBERG® Jura Limestone is suitable for flooring, wall cladding, staircases, façades, restoration projects and bespoke architectural stonework.
